3 x Oracle Financials PPM Consultant

We have been requested by one of our long term clients to assist in securing a number of Oracle resources on either a Permanent or Contract basis.  The Positions can be based out of Sydney, Melbourne or Perth (WFH options + Flex)

You will be joining one of the largest and most respected organisations within the Oracle sector and one that will continue to assist you reach your goals both professionally and personally. 

Some of the key aspects of the role are listed below; 

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaising with customers and colleagues for the consultation, requirement gathering, design, implementation and on-going support of cloud-based Oracle Cloud ERP Finance solutions
  • Work closely with the all facets of the business including delivery, project management, support and sales to constantly strive for superior outcomes for our customers
  • Assist with pre-sales activities and provide support, where required for the preparation of proposals and tenders
  • Participate in presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers for Oracle Cloud ERP Finance solutions
  • Participate in or lead customer design workshops
Key Skills Required
To be successful in this position you will possess many of the following attributes:
  • Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP Finance solutions
  • Solid understanding of at least two other major Oracle Cloud ERP modules such as Procurement or Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
  • Expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • Strong configuration experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Finance to support business requirements
  • Certification in Oracle Cloud ERP Finance
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years implementation experience, ideally in a client facing role
  • Excellent requirements gathering skills and ability to translate business requirements into specifications
  • Excellent business analysis experience together with a passion for ERP systems and concepts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead customer design workshops
  • Ability to help a customer formulate or improve their ERP strategy and provide a roadmap
  • Ability to work as part of a project team
  • Experience driving performance across lines of business
  • Demonstrate initiative by identifying inefficiencies and able to recommend improvements
  • Pre-Sales experience
  • Standout stakeholder management experience and a relationship builder by nature to ensure real collaboration with clients.
